Wole TrainingWole Training was founded by Wole Adesemoye – a London firefighter, amateur boxer and winner of the BBC’s Last Man Standing.

Wole has over 15 years experience in the fitness industry and a proven track-record of achieving results. As a firefighter, his role requires dedication, precision and a commitment to maintaining a supreme level of fitness. While, as a contestant in Last Man Standing, focus, adaptability and working as part of team were key to his success.

Wole applies this philosophy to Wole Training and believes that:
