Boxing Training

Boxing training is an all over work-out and can help you build stronger and more defined arms and legs and increase your overall fitness. It’s also an effective self defence technique and a great way to improve your co-ordination, flexibility, speed, resistance and strength. Wole Adesemoye (founder and owner of Wole Training) is an amateur boxer and all of our trainers use boxing as part of your cardio training.

Having a one to one boxing session covers a range of activities, which includes all the major muscle groups. It is designed for everyone and is an excellent stress buster, calorie burner and will help you get fit quickly.

A boxing workout gives the client the best of all aspects. Unlike running or cycling, boxing provides your cardio with the addition of an all over body workout. Boxing training also builds confidence along with self-defense.
